We compile the contents of our internet pages with great care and update them regularly. We reserve the right to make subsequent changes to the contents of our web pages and the services advertised there.

2. Links

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our web pages at all times and assume no liability for the contents of third-party websites to which reference is made by means of links or which are displayed on favattic via the technically integrated iFrame preview. The operators of the respective websites are solely responsible for such contents.

3. Copyright/Property Rights

Unless otherwise identified, the images, graphics, text blocks and other works published on our web pages are subject to our copyright, i.e. we are the owner of the exclusive rights of use in the relevant materials. Some of our web pages may contain images, graphics, text blocks and other works that are protected by copyright of those parties who provided them. Content published on our web pages is not provided for downloading. Physical and/or non-physical reproduction, distribution, publication (in particular via the internet) and/or processing, in whole or in part, is/are only permitted with our prior written consent. We also reserve all of our other industrial property rights in the content of our web pages, in particular in our registered trademarks and our corporate symbol “favattic”.

4. Data Protection

The protection of personal data of our website’s users and, in particular, of our customers is our top priority. In all data processing operations (e.g. collection, processing and transfer), we act in accordance with the legal regulations applicable in Germany. When you access our website, no personal data about your usage is generated and only anonymous data is stored, i.e. we do not store any data enabling us to identify the user. We analyze such data only in order to determine our users’ habits (e.g. by collecting access figures, page impressions, visits), to adapt our contents offered to the wishes and requirements of our users and to structure it more user-friendly as a whole. If you register as an interested person or a customer, subscribe to newsletters or conclude contracts with us, we collect personal data. You will find detailed information about the type and scope of data collection, where necessary, on the respective pages. Transfer of data to the USA and other countries is made exclusively subject to the applicable legal prerequisites in Germany. Your data necessary for business transactions is saved and transferred to the required extent to service providers engaged by us for contract handling or for responding to the inquiries of our customers or interested persons. The recipient may only use the data transferred in order to perform the relevant task. To the extent permitted by law and subject to the relevant legitimate interests in data being excluded from transfer or use, we may forward and request address and credit-history data to/from favattic’s affiliates and, where applicable, the Schufa credit investigation agency and other business information agencies for the purpose of checking your financial standing and creditworthiness in the event of purchase orders. We may collect and process address and purchase order data for our own marketing purposes. For external marketing purposes, we only transfer any data when permitted by law (data that is generally published and certain data compiled in lists in accordance with Section 28 (3), sentences 2 and 4 of the Federal Data Protection Act). Only at your express request will we send you a newsletter. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address with your consent for our own advertising purposes, until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. 5. Right to Information

In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, you have a right to be provided with information free of charge relating to your stored data and, where applicable, a right to have this data corrected, blocked or erased.

6. Cookies

We use cookies on various pages in order to make our website more attractive to visitors and to enable the use of certain functions. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer for this purpose. Some of the cookies used by us are deleted at the end of your browsing session, i.e. after closing your browser (these are called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us or our partner companies to identify your browser on your next visit (permanent cookies). 7. Google Analytics and Advertiser Functions

favattic GmbH uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), and the “functions for advertisers” implemented and enabled in this service (reporting based on demographic characteristics and interests, remarketing, DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration and reporting on impressions inside Google Display Network). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and allow analyzing the users’ activity on the favattic website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the favattic website (including your truncated, anonymized IP address) will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the favattic website, compiling reports on activities for us and providing other services relating the use of favattic and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. 8. Google Adwords

This website uses the “Google AdWords” online advertising tool and conversion tracking in this context. The conversion tracking cookie is placed when a user clicks on an ad posted by Google. These cookies become invalid after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. Whenever a user visits one of our sites and the cookie is still valid, we and Google are able to recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was forwarded to this page. Every Google AdWords customer gets a unique cookie. In this way, cookies cannot be tracked by websites of AdWords customers. Information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have decided to use conversion tracking. Customers are informed about the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were forwarded to a site which includes a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive any information allowing users to be identified. Users who do not want to participate in tracking can easily disable the Google conversion tracking cookie in the user settings of their internet browser. 9. Social Bookmarks

Our website contains social bookmarks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter). Social bookmarks are internet bookmarks enabling the users of such a service to collect links and messages. They are integrated into our website only as a link to the respective services. By clicking on the integrated icon, you are forwarded to the site of the respective provider, and only then is user information transferred to the respective provider.
